Le bánh mì au porc grillé (bánh mì thịt nướng) est la spécialité qui a fait la réputation de Đỉnh Bread & Tea, au 170 Trần Hưng Đạo. Le porc est mariné selon la recette du cơm tấm, le riz brisé au porc grillé de Saïgon, puis grillé sur des braises jusqu’à ce qu’il soit doré et parfumé. Chaque bánh mì est préparé à la commande : il vous arrive chaud et croustillant.
- Marinade façon cơm tấm : une saveur typique de Saïgon, à la fois salée et légèrement sucrée.
- Grillé au charbon chaque jour : le porc est grillé devant la boutique, avec un léger parfum fumé.
- Baguette toastée : croûte dorée et craquante, mie moelleuse, avec légumes marinés et herbes fraîches.
