Grilled pork bánh mì (bánh mì thịt nướng) is the dish Đỉnh Bread & Tea is known for at 170 Trần Hưng Đạo. The pork is marinated with the same recipe as cơm tấm, Saigon’s broken-rice grilled pork, then grilled over glowing charcoal until golden and fragrant. Every bánh mì is made when you order, so it reaches you hot and crisp.
